Cancellations, Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellations:

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it is dispatched (shipped).

Please note that all orders will be processed and will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours of order confirmation.

In case of cancellation, a full refund will be initiated within 3 days.

Returns:

Air Fresheners are not eligible for returns.

In case the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item, a free replacement will be provided within 7 days.

Please keep the product intact, with original accessories in the original packaging at the time of returning the product. Our support team will reach out to assist further.

Refunds:

Refunds will be usually initiated within 3 days.

By default, the refund will be initiated to the payment method used for order payment.

In case the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit or debit card or net banking) is no longer valid or if we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, we will send you an email asking you to contact us. Basis the communication with you, the cheque may be issued to the address mentioned by you to proceed with the refund.
You explicitly give your consent to receive communications (by SMS, email or other mode of communication) sent to you by us. However, you may withdraw your consent any time at your sole discretion. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
